What was the client’s need?

“Kinetics Nail Systems” SIA – a professional brand of nail and skin care products.


The client’s goal was to improve and perfect the competences of managers in the following areas:

  • Motivating the team, providing feedback;
  • Change management and organization;
  • Management of interviews and negotiations, selection of new employees;
  • Ability to realize one’s needs and motivation, and recover personal energy;

What was WIN partners solution?

WIN partners organized training for the “Kinetics Nail Systems” management team based on the program “DiSC® model for team management” – about human behavior patterns and their combinations. The program helped to understand one’s own and other people’s behavior and how to adapt to it in order to achieve the desired result, for example, to motivate for a better result, to encourage change, to solve internal conflicts in the team.

The study cycle of eight sessions took place from September 2022 to April 2023. 15 department heads and board members of “Kinetics Nail Systems” participated in the online training. Before the training, interviews were organized to find out the problems of the company and to adapt the training to the specifics of the company and the industry.

The training was led by WIN partners team development coach Aldis Zauls . After the training, the participants met with the trainer in follow-up sessions to discuss the results and receive the trainer’s feedback and recommendations.
