What is the training about?

The goal of the program is to give participants an understanding of the role of personal brand in building a company’s reputation and in their professional development. In the training, we will talk about the opportunities that employees can use when interacting professionally with the organization to help strengthen the organization’s reputation and achieve their career goals.

The program provides answers to the following questions:

  • how does an employee’s image affect an employer’s reputation?
  • what is and is not a personal brand? where to start building a personal brand?
  • what are the components of personal branding, such as visual identity, content?
  • what is communication etiquette and what are its rules?
  • how to use social networks and other tools in personal branding?

The training includes practical tasks and example analysis, as well as two homework tasks. At the end of the program, each participant has a clear action plan for the development of their employee’s brand.
