What is the training about?

The goal of the program “Improvisation for Successful Team Management” is to increase the manager’s resilience to stress, dynamic environment, and change, so that manager can use his knowledge, skills and experience as efficiently as possible in critical situations.

The program helps managers understand their behavior in situations of stress or rapid changes, allows to learn and experiment with new behavior patterns and helps improve teamwork. The program uses a unique PLAY! model that combines applied improvisation with management psychology and reflection.
