What is the B2C Sales training about?

B2C Sales is a training that helps salespeople and customer service professionals to learn the basics of customer relations. Participants will learn to lead a conversation with the client, apply the  1: 3 principle when working with customer claims and after-sales, find out algorithms for dealing with complex sales situations. They also will learn the SPIN method, which helps to ask the client the right questions.
