“From Specialist to Manager” is a two-day training that helps young managers focus on their new responsibilities. The program provides answers to the following questions:
The training is based on tools that help the new manager to plan a workweek for new activities and responsibilities. At the end of the program, participants have an action plan for the next 6 months.
