What is the training about?

In a safe and supportive environment, using simulation games, the program allows you to practically experience the manifestations of cultural differences in interpersonal communication, improving respectful, inclusive and effective communication.

Topics included in the training:

  • What is culture and how can its presence be recognized in different communication situations?
  • How do intercultural communication skills enrich our professional lives?
  • How to learn other cultures and how one you continues to do it in everyday life?
  • A simulation game where participants personally experience various cultural differences
