The goal of the training is to improve public speaking skills and teach participants to manage emotions and body language during the presentation. Participants will learn to understand their personality, develop self-esteem and overcome personal barriers during public speaking. In practical tasks, participants will improve their presentation skills – they will learn to shape and deliver the main message and support it by their body language. Participants will also improve their technical skills in creating a presentation and learn the details that vary depending on the target audience, format, and presentation design.
