Virtual Sales training helps the sales team start and develop client relationships online. Participants learn to address customers online, prepare for online conversations, learn about the customer’s needs, and how to convince them of the benefits of the deal. In addition, program participants acquire technical skills in using virtual meeting platforms.

The program includes practical tasks – participants meet with a real client remotely and later evaluate the result of the conversation and possible improvements. During the training, separate sessions are organized for managers to discuss the challenges with the consultant, implementing virtual client meetings in practice and the first results.
