How the training “From Tactical to Strategic Thinking” will help your team?

The program”From Tactical to Strategic Thinking” is a 4 session training, that helps to understand the importance of strategical thinking and how to apply it in a daily working routine.

The training provides answers to the following questions:

  • what is strategic thinking?
  • how to demonstrate strategic thinking with an appropriate communication style?
  • how good structure helps in oral and written communication?
  • how to organize your working day to practice strategic thinking?

The program is organized in four sessions. Each session has a theoretical introduction followed by a practical workshop. A weekly interval between sessions is recommended, during which participants put into practice the skills they have learned and/or do their homework. At the end of the program, participants create an action plan for the next 6 months.
